A la demande de Mr le Président du Niger, notre démarche s’inscrit dans le respect, la préservation et la mise en valeur du bâtiment édifié par le gouverneur du Niger en 1905. Afin de donner une unité au palais, une colonnade monumentale permet à ce dernier de trouver une dimension institutionnelle et cohérente en abordant la disparité Architecturale, tout en préservant l’identité de chaque bâtiment.

Upon Mr President of the Niger’s request, our approach is based on the respect, the preservation and the enhancement of the construction built by the Niger’s governor in 1905. In order to give unity to the palace, a monumental colonnade gives to the building an institutional and coherent dimension approaching the architectural disparity, while preserving each building’s identity.
